Employee readiness and retention training to become a sales associate, customer service representative, clothing salesperson, customer experience associate, counter attendant, stock clerk, warehouse staff or cashier. You will learn:

Literacy

• Definition and Identification of Literacy Skills in retail structure
• Reading, Writing and Communication
• Document Use
• Finding best solutions, making positive connections and business-related decisions

Computer Literacy

• Keyboarding and Typing Skills
• Introduction to Microsoft Office, email communication, scanners, and database.

Numeracy

• Money Math
• Time
• Measurement

Newcomer Youth are invited to practice and improve your English Conversational skills in the comfort of your own home while making new friends.  For participants age 14-29.

Welcoming Newcomers to Canada to meet new people, practice English and learn about the community!
