• Definition and Identification of Literacy Skills in retail structure
• Reading, Writing and Communication
• Document Use
• Finding best solutions, making positive connections and business-related decisions

Computer Literacy

• Keyboarding and Typing Skills
• Introduction to Microsoft Office, email communication, scanners, and database.

Newcomer Youth are invited to practice and improve your English Conversational skills in the comfort of your own home while making new friends.  For participants age 14-29.
