- How to choose the type of banking account you need and how to keep your accounts safe
- What to do if you found any fraudulent activities in regard to your banking account
- Describe the main types of insurance, their purpose and your responsibilities

References can be professional, paid experience and or volunteer experience. However, one of the references has to be from a person in a supervisory position that can talk about candidate traits etc.
